Mrs Wheeler is at the police station to check a line-up for a mad man who has killed seven people and wounded three others. None of the men in the line-up are the men the police are looking for for the murders.The man they are looking for is a mental case, there is no motive in his killing he just shoots people at random with a big gun, a semi automatic pistol. The first person he killed was a five year old boy playing on his roller skates. The public are living in fear and want this man arrested and off the streets.
