Yesterday, Lum came up with the plan of slipping a mouse into one of Doctor Roller's scientific traps in order to make him think that he'd caught the illusive Clyde, and thus encourage him to leave the store. However, before Abner was able to put his plan into action, Lum discovered a mouse, presumably Clyde, in one of his traps, which sent Doctor Roller away in joyous triumph - but it stirred up such emotion and sorrow in Abner, that the poor old fellow fainted.
