Adolphus has just set down the last note to his musical score that he has put his genius and soul in to so is shocked and dismayed to hear his exact score being played on the radio. At the end of the piece the radio announcer tells that Henri Leferve composed the music and a telephone call to the broadcasting studio uncovers that Henri Leferve had composed the music 15 years ago. Adolphus is determined to find Leferve and believes that he is alive and that the dreams he is having are the dreams of Leferve’s life.
