Savage Jackson

Many notorious outlaws roamed the early west, but none was more ruthless or destructive than the outlaw leader known as Savage Jackson. The nickname, Savage, had been pinned on Jackson during the early part of his dubious career, when he and his gang had raided the small town of Buckley. No sooner as the first Sheriff had been elected, the raiders had descended, raiding and looting the town, and setting fire to the buildings. It was the Sheriff who gave him the moniker - because he was worse than any redskin that ever went on the warpath - and it was a nickname that Jim Jackson was happy to adopt.
