Satire Based On Straight Arrow Cancelation - Never Broadcast
Broadcast: 21st June 1951
Added: Jan 19 2012
This program was never aired and is a satire on what happens to Ted Robertson, producer-director of the Straight Arrow once the series ends. It starts with the following to the tune of the usual Nabisco Shredded Wheat advert.
“C.A.N.C.E.L.E.D. canceled is just what we be if this program is what you would hear don’t tune in this time next year, why they did it we don’t know, now it’s time for us to go, so in parting may we say, eat no more of that baled hay!”
