Producer-director Jerry Devine was given access to FBI files by J Edgar Hoover, and the resulting dramatizations of FBI cases were narrated by Frank Lovejoy (1945), Dean Carlton (1946-1947) and William Woodson (1948-1953).

This FBI file takes us back to the period immediately preceding December 7 1941 and another story of counter-espionage on the home front concerning German operations in Galveston Texas.
