Ruth and Julie have been receiving heavy breathing phone calls then as Ruth leaves their apartment she is confronted by a man telling her he is a friend but he is the heavy breather. When she screams out he cuts her with a knife then takes her up to their apartment. He tells Julie that his name is Rocky Andrews; every night he has called her. Julie and Ruth are in a dangerous situation as Rocky Andrews is a crazy psychopath.
