Ring Gunner is a story about a prizefighter who went to war. Clipper Shane desperately wanted a chance at the lightweight champion of the world title when he was drafted to join the allies in the fight against the Germans. It wasn't his war but he had no choice but to enlist. It made him bitter and determined to kill as many Germans as he could to end the war and get back to his dream.
