After Vinnie Stevens safely lands the DC-4, Hop examines the plane closely and while extensively damaged Hop concludes that the ship was not hit by a Japanese fighter in fact he believes that it wasn't hit by a plane at all.
One the mechanics has something to tell Hop, but not until 9:00 pm but will this be too late...
