Charlie is in a gang and with Halloween coming up they are selling stickers to shops saying "No Soap". They are offering protection which practically makes Charlie a racketeer. Edgar tricks Charlie in to going to a cafe where all the gangsters hang out. To put him off being a hoodlum Richard Widmark is going to be there playing his tough guy role he played in Kiss of Death!
