10-year-old Eddie from the Murray Street settlement house has gone to the FBI to ask Jim Taylor for his help. He tells him Santa Claus is missing and his name is Mr Norton. Mr Norton is an elderly gentleman who works at the settlement and each year he plays Santa Claus to all the kids. But yesterday, after 30 years working at the settlement he suddenly decided to quit. Eddie made Jim Taylor feel genuinely concerned so he determined to help find Mr Norton.
