Our story today begins one evening in the cafe at Cedarville. There are three men standing at the bar, the Sheriff, Gus Sealy - the local harness maker, and Bill Meadows - a horse dealer. They're discussing a recent incident where Bill Meadows horses had been rustled - and the men they suspect of stealing them are sitting right there in the cafe too - a couple of redskins...
