In a Manhattan skyscraper, 83 floors above the streets, are the offices of The Tower Model Agency. It is a busy morning and the reception room is lined with most of the city's famous glamour girls. In the doorway stands a pretty, but obviously inexperienced young girl. She glances timidly about the room and then summoning up all her courage, approaches the secretary.
