Experience has taught Rocky Jordan not to get mixed up in what the natives call a 'family affair' when he witnesses a girl being harassed by a strange man, only this time he wishes he had interfered since it seems this girl was really being abducted. A meeting with Sam Sabaaya the police Captain and then a stranger's threat in a secluded alley leaves Jordan with no doubt as to exactly what he should do to make up for his mistake and it begins with finding the man with crooked teeth and a scar right across his face.
