Stuart Haskins is 32 years of age and has been employed in the shipping department of a wholesale grocer for 15 years. Rose Ellen Bogan who also works there and attends college in the evening wants to make him her case study as she sees that Hoskins is the recipient of the most vicious mental abuse from their employer and he takes it. Helen sees that their employer is the incompetent one and proves his manhood by berating Haskins. So is it possible that the meek and mild Stuart Haskins is the public avenger breaking out from his inhibitions by killing well known hoodlums who have eluded the legal process?
