Riley has received a letter from his best friend, Herman Dugan, who is overseas with the navy right now. He has a favor to ask Riley though. He wants him to be his proxy, and marry his sweetheart, Lily May Lightfoot, in a proxy wedding. It would just be a five minute visit to a justice of peace.
