It's a nice, warm, Spring afternoon and out on the front steps at 79 Wistful Vista, sits a friendly, old philosopher and his next door neighbor discussing, of all things, women. Fibber is giving Les some advice on how to handle 'a wife'. Sound advice, I'm sure. When Les and Fibber realise it is spring cleaning time, Fibber comes up with a plan to get the men in the neighborhood out of the chores only it backfires on him!
