This week, Luigi has bought his beloved Mama in Italy a surprise gift, as Christmas is near. Today he is going to take the package to the post office for them to send overseas. It's a coffee maker, which the post office worker promptly breaks when he passes it to a colleague. Luigi is bereft, and doesn't know how he will get the money returned from the government for the breakage.
