The apparently simple act of buying a home is a potentially hazardous undertaking there are many legal aspects of what you as a prospective buyer should be aware. Just because the couple signed a simple little memo they almost lost $2000 and were stuck with a $16,000 home they didn't even want.  As the young man and his wife had failed to use caution in the most important financial venture of a lifetime was it too late to have their case dismissed!
