As if Gildy isn’t down enough after a long hard day at the office in fact a long hard week he is surrounded by nothing but doom as he reads the newspaper and then listens to a man on the radio recanting about 1918 when the world held out hope for the future and talking of mans inhumanity to man, starvation, pestilence and hate. Gildy decides he needs a little fun.
