It was 6:30 when Detective Danny Clover arrived at the home of Joyce Tyler to a call of violence, violence that had not yet been committed. Joyce Tyler told Clover that her husband Philip Tyler had promised to kill Ann Martin and she gave him her address where he was planning to commit the murder.
