As far as his broken arm Paul is going to be ok. However following the accident in which Paul’s car went out of control Mr Masterson was severely injured and his wife killed. Masterson knew it was an accident and doesn’t blame Paul but Paul is finding it difficult to handle and blames himself for Masterson’s wife’s death. The doctor fears that the guilt, which Paul is bearing, and the dreams he is having may cause him to take his own life.
