There has been another racketeer murder, and the body of an unidentified man has been found on the highway, shot twice through the head. He's around 30 years old, 6ft tall, well-dressed with a scar on his head, and looks like he could be of Italian origin. There's no identification, so the police need to follow every line of enquiry to narrow it down.
