Billie has been very kind to a tramp by giving him breakfast each day. Her brother Julius however is far from hospitable until his friend tells him about a wealthy man who disguised himself as a tramp and is planning to give away his fortune if he finds someone who follows the golden rule willing to give and ask nothing in return.
