The Lone Ranger and Tonto rode the trail that led to the town of Retton, and as they rode they discussed the reason for their trip southward from Eagle Pass. They knew for certain that One-Eyed Keller and his outlaw gang came down that way. The word around was that once a man joins the gang, he's not allowed to leave it - and they were about to find out the truth of that. There was only one man who had ever quit the gang and got away with it - and he was about to get some payback...
