Floyd Hunsacker and one of his neighbors are having some trouble over some stock and he wants to stop it before it gets any worse. His problem was with old man Barton, the father of Floyd’s fiancée Paula Barton. Barton had accused Floyd of being a low down dirty rustler and right in front of Paula and told her she couldn’t see him again. Now Floyd was seeking the help of barrister Chad Remington to resolve the dispute over their cattle stock.
