Our story begins in China Town, at Chicago's Lime House, a strange medley of splendour and shabbiness. Carrie and her new husband are on their honeymoon, but she's not sure why her new husband has brought her to China Town - especially when they arrive to the loud firecrackers going off. But she's assured that nothing ever happens in China Town anymore - until the following morning, when there is a report that Wong Fu, the owner of a store in the area, has been killed - and it looks like there was quite a gunfight!
