With Penny Gibbs just about to arrive at the important part of her job with Mrs Carlton, Professor Rogers has taken steps to have Penny followed for her own protection. Penny doesn't know this however, and feels that she can speak freely when she speaks to Nora about her leaving town for a couple of days to go to New York.
