There is a rock which stands at the gates of the shrine on the highest peak of Mount Katzarake. On this rock is written "This level of all mortal men, be king or slave, if he turns his heart to me, I will send a light to lead him, and guide him on his way." The ruler of Japan has a heavy heart. His wife has taken ill, and the prayers of the temple are making no difference. He believes that to take a pilgrimage to Mount Katzarake will answer his prayers.
