Dr Warren Rice was driving along with the radio on thinking of his wife Alice and of her bitterness when she accused him of being in love with her best friend. Suddenly an announcement came over the radio that armed and dangerous convict Frankie Tatum had escaped from prison. Dr Rice was in the area where Tatum was heading and then an idea for getting rid of his wife Alice entered his thoughts.
