This is the story of Bill Barton, his wife Helen and their new house in the suburbs of Big Town. The house is on Honeymoon Hill and couldn’t be further from the truth with all its problems. Bill has got the other residents together and has decided they’re not making another payment until all the complaints are resolved. As things get worse Bill decides to take the story to the newspaper.
