Harriet has always been conservative in her sense of dress and thinks that this is the way Ozzie prefers her to dress. She sees a very nice dress that she really likes but has spent her allowance. However Ozzie decides to surprise her and buy her the dress but in a mix up he comes home with a very colorful flamboyant dress that was saved for another customer. Unknowing Ozzie is surprised that Harriet would pick out such a dress and as Harriet believes that Ozzie has picked it she doesn’t want to upset him by saying she doesn’t like it!
