This is the story of Lieutenant Victor Blue, rear admiral of the United States Navy, and hero of the Spanish American War. Set in 1898 the story begins on the bridge of the U.S.S Suwannee in Buena Vista Bay off the coast of Cuba and is based on material from the book The Spy In America by George S Bryan.
