Dr Gillespie is confronted with a highly unusual scenario. Mr Sabo wants Dr Gillespie to examine a man and treat him without knowing the identity of the patient. For all Dr Gillespie knows he may be being asked to treat a criminal or a man wanted by the law but Mr Sabo tells him his patient is quite the opposite and he hopes that one day he will be able to explain. Meantime the mysterious patient will be admitted under the name of John Smith.
