Mushy Notes To Harriet

Mushy Notes To Harriet

Broadcast: 18th March 1956
Added: Aug 02 2013

Walter has written a poem for Harriet Conklin during Mr Boynton's biology lesson. Mr Boynton introduces Walter to the poetry of Cyrano De Begerac and even writes down a romantic mushy poem for him. When Harriett receives it she recognises the handwriting from the blackboard and believes that it is from Mr Boynton. She writes a return poem and Miss Brooks gives her an envelope to put it in but the envelope has Miss Brooks name on it so when Harriet gives the envelope to Mr Boynton he thinks it is a note to be passed on to Miss Brooks. He gives it to Miss Brooks and she believes that the poem intended for Mr Boynton is for her from Mr Boynton. Oh dear there are a lot of mushy notes going round the school today!

Unfortunately cuts off before the end but still very funny.
