It is seven o'clock in the evening and Margo is in the office of Wilson N. Tuttle, head of the new reform party called the Citizens Committee. Wilson is keen to make her his aid in the women's division of the Citizens Committee, keen to clean up the State of mobsters and racketeers and all their corruption. Particularly one ring of mobsters and racketeers controlled by one guy known to the underworld as "The Brain".
