Dr Karanga has traveled thousands of miles to see general the ruler of the east. The Doctor has invented a deadly disease than could kill a whole army. To prove the power of his invention he offers to try it out on the victims of his choice, an army base on the coast of America will be his guinea pig. The General is preparing to buy his method for murder on approval.
