The notorious outlaw of the great north west, Vernon Kyle, has terrorized the inhabitants of a town in the Yukon into sharing their mines with him. Kyle planned to force the miners to ship their ore, containing radium, by way of airplane instead of dog sled, obliging them to pay very highly for the privilege.
