Miss Jane Sherlock went to an auction to buy a candlestick for a client and ends up with a rosewood chest as big as a house! She paid $300 for the chest and soon after she gets it a woman calls her and offers her $500 when Jane refuses the woman named Iris Marsh offers her $750. Later a man arrives and offers her $1500 for the chest and tells her that she better sell the chest. Of course Jane Sherlock wants to discover why so many people are interested in the chest.
