When the pioneers moved over the western plains they ran in to savage resistance from the proud Indian nations and in to the middle of this struggle rode United States Marshall Wild Bill Hickok with his staunch saddle partner deputy Jingles. Their job was to find a magic key to peace on the plains, a search which led them to the mark of the claw.
