Ted Weems and his orchestra open the show with Sing and Be Happy. At the Cuttlekirk Candy Factory Yesterday her boss asked her to send a letter to a guy that used to manage the candy factory and ask him if he would work there again for a while. Then he told her to write another letter to a guy named Fibber McGee and tell him to quit pestering the employment office. But the secretary made a mistake and puts the letters in the wrong envelopes. Now Fibber McGee opens the letter and thinks he's been offered the job as the new temporary manager!
