You meet a frail harmless little man whose only offence is boring people or is it? He’s apparently so dangerous to someone that an attempt has been made on his life. In the other room in Mrs. Packler’s boarding house Rick Stevenson who at first only seemed to be interested in Mrs. Packler’s money but now Rick seems to be an insurance instigator interested in her husband’s death.
