Within the huge New York City Police Department, there's a small quota of men who wear no uniform. They are the investigative detectives. They have one captain, one lieutenant, and five sergeants. They received around one hundred calls every day, and out of sixteen thousand cases, they have solved better than ninety nine percent. They are known as the missing persons squad.
