The Major and the Minor Is a Paramount comedy starring Ginger Rogers and Ray Milan. Ginger plays the part of a beautiful girl who runs out of money in New York and impersonates a youngster of twelve so she can buy a half price ticket home and Ray Milan becomes her guardian for the trip.
