Blackstone and Rhoda were touring in India and Blackstone was due to make a command performance before the Maharaja of Calgore. They were coming up to the gates of his palace when they spotted a crowd around a magician doing his act. He appeared to be sprinkling sand on to the fire and turning it in to gold.
