Lum and Abner and Mousy Grey are still labouring on the plans and problems of the proposed Wonderful World Apartments a project designed to house every family in Pine Ridge in a modern rent free tax free apartment with all utilities paid which can all be done on the $10,000 gift that Diogenes Smith left to the community of Pine Ridge.
