Luigi Decides To Paint His Own Safety Zones

Traffic is really bad and Luigi is finding it hard to get to his school. He is in the safety zone but it seems the cars want to get in there with him! Luigi is concerned that the traffic zones need repainting before some small school kid is hurt. When he decides to repaint it himself he finds himself in court accused of causing all sorts of dangers!
