Pasquale is after Luigi for his rent on his antique shop and when he can’t afford to pay him Pasquale tells him he is going to open a hot dog stall in the back of Luigi’s antique shop. How can Luigi sell his antiques with a hot dog stall operating in the back! Luigi's friend Schultz helps him find a new job - as a soda jerk - but Luigi's English is not good enough to understand the lingo used to serve ice cream!
