If a case has anything to do with fishing you can bet Johnny Dollar will be there. Mr Charles Foster and his junior partner Michael Brady have an insurance policy with Tri-Mutual Insurance Company which means if one dies the survivor will be paid $500,000. The insurance company is worried about Charles Foster after he asked if the policy could be canceled, as he and Brady aren’t getting along. Brady however would not agree to the cancelation. Now Foster and Brady were on a fishing trip and the insurance company is worried that Brady is planning on getting rid of Charles Foster on the fishing trip especially as Brady wouldn’t tell anyone where they were going on their fishing trip.
