Last night after Lum and Abner closed their picture show early on account of no customers, they sauntered by Squire's hippodrome theater to see how their rivals première was going. Their curiosity aroused, they climbed a tree to peek in the windows, only to be spied by the Squire, who politely ushered them inside to see the picture. As we look in on the little community today, we find the old fellows in their store and library discussing this embarrassing event...
